General Membership Terms of Service

Center x Center General Membership Terms of Service Welcome to become a member of the “Center x Center Integration Platform” (hereinafter referred to as “Center x Center” or “the/this system”). Center x Center is operated by LuPA Co., Ltd (微顯表藝科技股份有限公司hereinafter referred to as “the company”) and provides related services. In order to allow you to use the services and information of this system with peace of mind, please be sure to read all the contents of the “Center x Center General Membership Terms of Service” (hereinafter referred to as “the Terms”) carefully before using the services of this system.

    Acknowledgment and Acceptance of Terms

    1. When you register as a member of this system or start using the services of this system, it means that you have read, understood and agreed to accept these terms.
    2. When you continue to use this system after any modification or change of this clause, it is deemed that you have read, understood and agreed to accept such modification or change. If you do not agree with the modification or change of the above terms, or do not accept any other agreement of the terms, you should stop using the system immediately.
    3. If you are a minor under the age of 20, you should register as a member, use or continue to use after your parents (or guardians) have read, understood and agreed to all the contents of this clause and subsequent revisions of this system. When you start to use or continue to use this system, it is presumed that your parent (or guardian) has read, understood and agreed to accept all the contents of this clause and the subsequent revisions.
    4. You have agreed to use all content of the system services, including the expression of intention, etc., to be expressed in electronic documents.

    Scope of Application

    This clause applies to all forms of membership of Center x Center.

    General Service Program

    After you have successfully registered as a general member, you will enjoy the following general membership services. However, in case of unexpected circumstances (including but not limited to host or line failure), the system may temporarily suspend or cancel membership services:

    1. Browse and receive notifications of activities or other messages sent by Center x Center and related cooperative units;
    2. Buy show tickets online;
    3. Buy show tickets online;
    4. purchase, receive and use PT within this system;
    5. Receive and use coupons within the system;
    6. Participate in various marketing activities promoted by the system;

    You have agreed that if the system deems it necessary to make changes to the above service items, any modification or change can be made at any time without prior notice to the member.

    Creator membership service program

    After you have successfully registered as a general member and completed the application for creator membership, you will enjoy the following creator membership services. However, in case of unexpected circumstances (including but not limited to host or line failure), the system may temporarily suspend or cancel membership services:

    1. Browse and receive notifications of activities or other messages sent by Center x Center and related cooperative units;
    2. Buy show tickets online;
    3. purchase, receive and use PT within this system;
    4. Receive and use coupons within the system;
    5. Participate in various marketing activities promoted by the system;
    6. Use the functions in the Creator Zone on the Center x Center platform.

    You have agreed that if the system deems it necessary to make changes to the above service items, any modification or change can be made at any time without prior notice to the member.

    Refund Policy (General Members)

    1. Refunds for performances canceled due to force majeure factors (such as weather, earthquakes, and relevant government policies):
      1. a. For ticket buyers: The sponsor shall refund the ticket purchaser in full. However, additional handling fees such as platform cash flow service fees and transfer fees are not part of the ticket price and will be borne by the ticket purchaser.
    2. Refunds due to delays due to force majeure factors (such as weather, earthquakes, and relevant government policies):
      1. a. For ticket buyers: full refund. However, additional handling fees such as platform service fees, ticket collection fees, and transfer fees are not part of the ticket price and are not within the scope of refunds, and must be borne by the ticket purchaser.
    3. Refunds for performances canceled due to host team factors (host team postponement or cancellation of performance):
      1. a. For ticket buyers: full refund. However, additional handling fees such as platform service fees, ticket collection fees, and transfer fees are not part of the ticket price and are not within the scope of refunds, and must be borne by the host team.
    4. Refunds due to postponement due to host team factors (host team postponement or cancellation of performance):
      1. a. For ticket buyers: full refund. However, additional handling fees such as platform service fees, ticket collection fees, and transfer fees are not part of the ticket price and are not within the scope of refunds, and must be borne by the organizer team.
    5. Refunds due to personal factors of the ticket purchaser:
      1. a. Refunds should be made 7 days before the performance date (excluding the performance date): the handling fee is 10% of the ticket price.
      1. b. Ticket refunds will not be accepted from the 7th day before the performance date.
      1. c. If the ticket purchase date is 90 days past the refund date, the system cannot refund the ticket due to cash flow operations. The refund will be processed manually, with a handling fee of 20% of the ticket price.

    Refund Policy (Creator Members)

    1. Refunds for performances canceled due to force majeure factors (such as weather, earthquakes, and relevant government policies):
      1. a. For the host team/creator: the listing fee and related advertising fees will not be refunded.
      1. b. For ticket buyers: The sponsor shall refund the ticket buyer in full. However, additional handling fees such as platform cash flow service fees and transfer fees are not part of the ticket price and will be borne by the ticket purchaser.
    2. Refunds due to delays due to force majeure factors (such as weather, earthquakes, and relevant government policies):
      1. a. For the host team/creator: the listing fee and related advertising fees will not be refunded.
      1. b. For ticket buyers: full refund. However, additional handling fees such as platform service fees, ticket collection fees, and transfer fees are not part of the ticket price and are not within the scope of refunds, and must be borne by the ticket buyer.
    3. Refunds for performances canceled due to host team factors (host team postponement or cancellation of performance):
      1. a. For the host team/creator: the listing fee and related advertising fees will not be refunded.
      1. b. For ticket buyers: full refund. However, additional handling fees such as platform service fees, ticket collection fees, and transfer fees are not part of the ticket price and are not within the scope of refunds, and must be borne by the host team.
    4. Refunds due to postponement due to host team factors (host team postponement or cancellation of performance):
      1. a. For the host team/creator: It is deemed as giving up the performance on the date, and the listing fee and advertising fee will not be refunded. The host team/creator needs to apply for the performance on the new date and pay the relevant fees.
      1. b. For ticket buyers: full refund. However, additional handling fees such as platform service fees, ticket collection fees, and transfer fees are not part of the ticket price and are not within the scope of refunds, and must be borne by the host team.
    5. Refunds due to personal factors of the ticket purchaser:
      1. a. For Sponsors/Creators: None.
      1. b. For ticket buyers:
        • Refunds should be made 7 days before the performance date (excluding the performance date): the handling fee is 10% of the face value.
        • Ticket refunds will not be accepted from the 7th day before the performance date.

    Member Commitments

    1. When registering, members should provide accurate, detailed and complete latest information (including but not limited to: mobile phone number, real name). If the information you provide is wrong or untrue, or the information you have registered is not true, the company may suspend or terminate the service of this system for you, and you shall be solely responsible for any legal liability arising therefrom.
    2. You have the obligation to properly keep and keep your account number and password confidential. The account number, password and membership rights are only used by the member himself. All actions shall be the responsibility of the member registered with the account password.
    3. If you find or suspect that your account or password has been fraudulently or improperly used by a third party, you are obliged to immediately notify the customer service staff of this system so that the company can take appropriate response measures in a timely manner; However, the above-mentioned response measures shall not be interpreted as the company expressly or implicitly undertakes any form of compensation or compensation obligation for this.
    4. If your account number and password are fraudulently used, improperly used, or other situations where the company cannot identify whether it is used by the member himself/herself, the company will suspend or terminate the use of your member account (including the processing of transactions generated by the member account) ), the company will not be responsible for any damages caused by this, unless it is proved that it is caused by reasons attributable to the company.
    5. You promise never to use the services of this system for any illegal purpose or in any illegal way, and promise to abide by the relevant laws and regulations of the Republic of China (Taiwan). If the system is used outside the Republic of China, members promise to abide by the laws and regulations of their country or region. Members agree and guarantee that they will not use the services of this system to engage in acts that infringe on the rights and interests of others or violate the law. If the company determines that there is any inappropriate behavior, the company may suspend or terminate the services of this system for members at any time. If any legal liability arises as a result, shall be borne by members themselves.

    Transaction Consent

    Regarding the online ticket purchase and system points and other related transaction services included in this system, you should read the ticket purchase instructions and all the terms or precautions listed on the relevant sales page in detail before performing the transaction; When you enter the page for confirming the purchase of tickets or confirming the purchase, it is deemed that you have read, understood and agreed to the Ticket Purchase Notice and all the terms or precautions listed on the relevant sales pages.

    Advertising and External Links

    If the advertisements or external links on this system are designed and proposed by the company's cooperative contractors, advertisers, product and service related suppliers, the advertisements or links may be linked to the platforms of other individuals, companies or organizations. The purpose of providing such links is to facilitate members to collect or obtain information. Members should judge the correctness and credibility of advertisements and link content by themselves. This system only provides published services, and does not assume responsibility for such advertisements or links, nor does it guarantee their authenticity, completeness, timeliness or credibility. These individuals, companies or organizations do not have any employment, appointment, agency, partnership or other similar relationship with the company.

    Intellectual Property

    All contents of this system, including but not limited to works, pictures, files, information, materials, APP structure, APP screen arrangement, layout design, are legally owned by the company or relevant rights holders.Including but not limited to trademark rights, patent rights, copyrights, trade secrets and proprietary technologies, etc. You may not use, modify, reproduce, publicly broadcast, adapt, distribute, distribute, publish or reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble on your own. If you need to quote or reprint any of the above content, you must obtain the prior written consent of the company and relevant rights holders according to law. If there is any violation, it shall bear the damages and related legal liabilities (including but not limited to litigation costs and attorney fees, etc.).

    Suspension or termination of service

    The company reserves the right to suspend, change, interrupt or terminate all or part of the system services at any time without prior notice to members. In any case, the company shall not be liable for any compensation or compensation for the trouble, inconvenience or damage that may be caused to members or third parties by stopping or changing the service. All or part of the system services may be suspended or terminated in the event of the following situations including but not limited to:

    1. The company relocates, replaces, upgrades, maintains or repairs the software and hardware equipment related to the system;
    2. If a member violates government laws or these terms, the member can also request to cancel his member account and stop member services in writing or to the company's customer service mailbox at any time;
    3. Natural disaster or other force majeure;
    4. When the information in the system service is incorrectly displayed, forged, tampered, deleted or retrieved, or the system is interrupted or cannot operate normally due to reasons beyond the control of the company;
    5. Other reasons not attributable to the company.

    Disclaimers

    The system is not responsible for the following matters:

    1. Regarding the various membership services of this system, they are only provided according to the functions and current status of each service at that time.For the user's specific requirements or needs, including but not limited to speed, security, reliability, completeness, correctness, and no disconnection and error, the company does not undertake any express or implied guarantee or guarantee responsibility.
    2. The company does not guarantee that the transmission and storage of any mail, files or data is reliable and correct, nor does it guarantee the security, reliability, completeness, correctness and innocence of the mail, files or data stored or transmitted, and disconnection and error etc.The company shall not be liable for any damages caused by failure, loss or error in the transmission or storage of such mail, files or data.
    3. The company is not liable for any direct or indirect damages caused by the use of the system itself, even if it is a suggestion that the company has clearly reminded attention.
    4. The Company shall not be liable for the cancellation or modification of any part of the membership service items.
    5. The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the loss or damage of personal data submitted by members if such loss or damage is not caused by the Company.

    Validity, Governing Law and Court of Jurisdiction

    1. These Terms constitute a valid contract between you and the Company. If any part of these terms is invalid or revoked, the validity of other terms will not be affected.
    2. The interpretation and application of this article, disputes related to this article, or legal procedures arising from this article shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of China; when matters arising from this article are involved in litigation, the Taiwan Taipei District Court shall be the court of first instance jurisdiction .
    3. If there is anything not covered in this clause, the two parties should negotiate and resolve it with the best efforts in accordance with the principle of good faith.
